Helped to take numerous queries directly to seller for a speedy response. Made accommodations for last minute changes related to survey and other electrical/gas inspection at the property. Very impressed.

We have been meaning to leave this review since we sold with this branch of Gibbs in September so apologies to them for the lateness of this! We worked specifically with Sam and Sinead to sell our property and could not have been more impressed or pleased with the service we received. Right from the start, they were professional, helpful and friendly. At every stage of the process they worked hard to keep us informed and reassured which was always very much appreciated! We could not recommend this branch more to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area! Thanks again to Sam, Sinead and the rest of the team for their hard work.
We have recently bought and sold a property with Gibbs Gillespie. The purchase of our property was with Sam and Sinead at the Ruislip branch - they worked very well together and across branches as a seamless unit. Some would say moving house in the middle of a pandemic with a new born baby would be highly stressful but the professionalism and efficiency of the team ensured the process flowed as smoothly as possible by identifying the perfect property and maintaining great comms until completion. I would give them 6 stars if possible. Thanks guys!!! Special shout out to Sinead who went above and beyond.
Gibbs Gillespie and especially Danielle Brogonon was very helpful in finding tenants for our property. We were renting for the first time and Danielle was extremely patient in walking us through all our questions and helping us understand the process. I am extremely happy with the way they have helped us and will hopefully continue working with them to manage the property.
I purchased a house with Gibbs and must say the whole experience was flawless. Stephen Brick who initially showed us the house, was so passionate and helpful. I was really excited by the house and he echoed that excitement which really felt genuine and I knew we were in good hands. There after I dealt with Sam Robbins, who despite being busy, always kept me calm, updated and responded back to any of my communications. His attention to detail and passion were evident in all our interactions, but what really stood out was his absolute transparency which was crucial as there was a chain of 4 people and his ability to make us feel special and not just another home buyer. The team at Gibbs are outstanding.
