This was the hardest thing I have had to do in my life. Faithful Companion was patient, understanding, and helpful with all my needs. My first and largest concern was that my boy be treated with care. I was and am a wreck, but they gave me great comfort in knowing my boy was treated with the utmost respect and dignity he deserved. Thank you Patty for your help and patience. Thank you to you all for the great care you took with my boy. Thank you Calvin for bringing my boy home and so carefully placing him back in my arms and your sincere condolences. Your team is amazing and I cannot thank you all enough for making this process as painless as it could possibly be. You all gave me the peace I needed, knowing my boy would be in goods hands and that means the world to me. I can't thank you all enough and am so thankful for each of you.

When you have to let a pet cross the rainbow bridge, your heart breaks in many pieces. Faithful Companion gave respect to my baby girl, Bella, and treated her with dignity in her passing. They hand picked up from the Vet's office and hand delivered to our home which was a blessing, and the engraving on her urn was impeccable. Thank you for what you do. Over the years we have taken 2 dogs and 1 cat to this place. They seriously treat you like it was your mother or father that has passed. So caring and compassionate no matter what comes through their doors. I truly can't express my gratitude for everything they do. I recently ordered a necklace with our dogs nose on it and I sent an email on Christmas eve asking for the picture of his nose taken years ago. Christmas day they emailed me back...Christmas day! They should have been with their families but they still took the time to respond to me. I will never go anywhere else but faithful companion.

This was a sudden and very heart breaking decision that was made for our fur baby. We were a complete mess until we were given Dioges (D.O.G.) ashes. All of a sudden there was a feeling of calmness when he came back into his home. We are forever Thankful for your care of our beloved pet. Our cat Gamo had a rough year of being sick and failed treatment. We decided 4 weeks ago to do pallative care. Yesterday we had to let him go over the rainbow bridge. The staff that met us when we dropped him off were so kind and caring. They were also professional and explained everything that would happened after we dropped him off. He was delivered back home to us this morning. We can not thank you enough for caring for our baby. Thank you!
