Staff was very professional and friendly. We were able to spend some time together with the animals. Animals seemed to be treated very well. It was overall a very nice experience and we learned a lot during our visit.

We absolutely loved this!!! All the family had a fantastic time. We spent about an hour on the reindeer sleigh and then did 1km on the husky ride. The husky’s got so fast that it’s over in minutes but the smiles last hours! The lunch wasn’t too bad. Only thing is they need more facilities - with the amount of people that go there everyday, the lines can be long
Definitely one of the best experience I've ever had. The huskies were amazing and the company did not exploit the dogs. All of them ran on shifts and are overworked or taxed. Gears were well maintained and definitely worth a visit. The guide were careful and kept the pace manageable. Even though we would have liked to run faster. Overall, thank you for the excellent experience.
Very friendly personnel. The experience is really authentic. We got to feed the raindeers.
