As an expat I don't know the way how to handle to find an apartment here,my husband nd me found this via Ben Housing nd one of the officer from Rrelocation contacyed us within 2 days we were busy had a viewing, before we knew them we were busy like 3 weeks nd difficult to got a schedule for viewing. We recomanded this company to tje expats who really need a help for finding an apartment in Rotterdam.

Typical scammy real estate. You offer your terms and they promise that within a month you will receive some rental offers. The offers you get are way beyond your budget, your preferred location or living conditions. Also, not sure what is their effort of their service since all the offers are the same as the listed houses in benhousing. Last time I was called by their employees was almost a year ago asking if we still wanted to use their services since I've been rejecting everything which I replied yes as long as they send offers within my preference. Since then, no contact whatsoever. If you don't mind getting the most expensive offers for basic conditions, go for it.
I contacted rrelocation and they responded within two days! I was having trouble finding an apartment because of my busy lifestyle. They helped me find a rental, communicated with the owners of the property and even helped me with arranging the utilities. It has been a great experience working with them, definitely would recommend!

After a year of searching our first apartment together, my fiancé and I finally decided to get some help. We could not have chosen better. A couple of weeks before moving to Rotterdam, word on the street was that it was almost impossible to find an apartment.
