Would just like to Thank Emma from the Rosebud office. I dropped in but due to Covid restrictions couldn't let me in and reffered me to the general phone number. I then recieved a call from Emma who had started looking into my enquiry and submitted my request over the phone. Saved me from spending my day on hold! Very appreciated, especially in the midst of lockdown restrictions.

I have dealt with Centrelink staff in Rosebud the past eight years many times and have always found the staff helpful, polite and courteous. I actually feel for for the staff as the government places far to many demands upon them. (Staff and cost cutting effects??) It's definitely frustrating dealing with Centrelink offices at times but as it takes "two to tango" maybe not entirely their fault if issues arise. Just saying...

It's a pity that they say they are open 27/12/19 onthe website but when I got there they were closed I only wanted to report my income as their internet service weren't working for me and even the phone service that I apparently was suppose to be load on last report ING day as I was having trouble then didn't work my children are going to very disappointed. As we won't have mo et to do or go anywhere or buy food I wasn't the only one either there were about 3 to 4 others thought so too

Really needs to improve phone services and the ridiculous amount of wait times. If you go in person your treated as scum than told you MAY receive a call from another office, but not told it would happen as your waiting and from private number. Was treated as child when finally called as to why I didn't answer. 2 weeks later still waiting on forms I requested to be sent and now been waiting on phone over an hour. Pfft

Have waited over an hour. Which would have been completely avoided if the receptionist typed my name as she saw it. But it was entered in wrong and the wrong name called out! To make matters worse after an hour she looked right at me in the waiting area and still didn't do anything. Thats shocking custoner service! When I asked why so many who had come after me have already left she re booked me with my real name, and said somone will call me and I can do it over the phone. There is a reason I came into store, to speak with somone face to face! I am still sitting here nearly two hours later and not seen anyone! Update. Second time I've been in two month and this time rosebud centrelink have prove that they just don't want to help any one! I recommend you go Somwhere els.

Extremely poor customer service. The officers in the desk are more interested in closing the office much before closing time. Too many officers pretending to be on computers sending off the customers without solving their issues. Some officers too arrogant and extremely rude and aggressive. This office is manned by staff who are lazy and who waste not only the time of customers but also tax payers money and take undue advantage of vulnerable customers. This particular centrelink office has become worse over the years and some of the staff who have been in the office for the last 3-4 years have become much too arrogant rude and are a complete drain to the reputation of the department of human services .They also argue so that the vulnerable customers who have come to the office because they are already struggling struggle further because these officers are the ones who also are instrumental in the recipients not getting paid properly as the officers are much too haughty do not want to work or assist the customers. The suggestion is to get rid off the most of staff conduct a character check and listen to all customer complaints and take action and revamp the Rosebud office. It is a fact that customers are made to wait and most often customers are asked to come to the office multiple times and issues not solved and infact many times customers loose out on payments because of staff inefficiency and discriminatory treatment of customers. It is imperative that the Department of Human Services take the reviews very seriously and try and improve the customer experience immediately.

Incredibly slow and inefficient. People waiting unattended to while fat people pretend to be working on their computers. Took an hour and a half in off peak times to be served
