I've been with this service for a while. Years back it was a stressful and mixed experience (during the recession) but the staff have improved by a lot since then. Once they acknowledged my health issues they were kind about it and very helpful since some of the staff knew what I was going through. I'm leaving the area so I'd just like to give my thanks for their help. The disability advisor especially is a very wonderful person. I'm grateful for the support she has given me. I only hope the staff after I move to a new area are just as good. Remember they have a large workload and to be patient. I know JCP and benefits are stressful but the staff can only do their best.

A lot of the reviews on here seem a tad unjust, personal experience is that they offer good support, with the recent change to Universal Credit support is offered even better than before, and while yes sometimes staff don't respond as you'd expect it's gonna happen - realistically they are there for support not for you to throw abuse at when things don't go your way
Came here for a recruitment event with my company. All staff were really helpful and friendly, even contacting candidates on our behalf to invite them in.
