Highly recommend. Professional service, friendly and helpful staff and very good value. We chose the Newport subway tiles in Matte with Moon White grout for the walls and and Redfern terrazzo look with silver grey grout on the floor and built in bath. Looks fantastic. Already planning our next renovation with Tile Cloud.

The display suite at Tile Cloud provided us the inspiration for selecting the Redfern Terrazzo Look tiled paired with the Newport subways laid in a vertical pattern. The entire process was pain free, quick and professional and to top it off Tile Cloud were the best value for money we found. We are already planning our next renovation and won't be looking anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Tile cloud is as advertised. Simple process, professional, affordable pricing and quality products. renovated my kitchen and laundry with Newport subway tile and couldn't praise tile cloud and their process enough. 6 stars
Friendly staff, assisted in choice of tiles and prompt responses to any email we’ve sent. Tiles are of good quality, slight size difference between tiles but this was overcome by our tiler. Tiles arrived in appropriate shipping time and communication was good. The splashback tiles we’ve ordered were beautiful, however one box arrived with broken tiles, and as a result we’ve had to reduce the height of the splashback we originally wanted due to insufficient tiles. Tile cloud responded promptly to this, however only issued a refund of 17, for the tiles that were broken only. Customer service did not accommodate the fact that we were left with a whole box of tiles we could not use as we’d be left with insufficient tiles to complete the job. All up, great company with room for improvement. I hope this feedback will be taken In good faith.
We have just used Tilecloud for 2.5 bathrooms, laundry and mud room . The products are fabulous, prices are very competitive and most of all the service is excellent !!!!!!! ..... Floss and her team were second to none.
