Superb customer service, especially given the tough times at present. We had a problem with a French door locking mechanism jamming, meaning that we couldn’t open the door, or secure it. As Rooms & Views were naturally not working as normal during the covid-19 crisis, I left a message and Sharon called me back the same day, took some details, and arranged for their Installations Director, Carl, to visit. Carl quickly diagnosed the problem and made the fix. I would be impressed with the response during normal times but given the current situation, this was exceptional.

Poor quality windows, they supply known scratched and marked windows to customers. Patio doors do not shut properly. Company refuse to replace the defects.

Poor quality windows. We live in a 2008 Anwyl house. We are having to replace 6 of the windows at great cost because of draughts, leaks and noise. Rooms and Views did send a guy out to help but it was a waste of time. The windows are of dreadful quality and many neighbours concur.

Super customer service. We are in a new build and our patio doors became misaligned as the house bedded in. I am delighted with the fix and feel that the customer service was nothing short of excellent. The engineer was clearly an expert. A job well done! I recommend the company based on the experience I have had.
