They meant to be fitting new doors by not arrived at all no phone call to say why and it's a job they are doing through the council

Installed front door with aggression and just chucked it in with no care in the world. Had to call them back 3 times cause the door wouldn’t shut properly due to poor installation. Workers were miserable as ever. Council go for the cheapest bidder as always.

I've lost 2 holidays from work now waiting for them to come & fit my bay window, they cancelled on me both times, I've rebooked but I doubt they'll keep the next appointment! At least they rang me this time to let me know they won't be coming! I'll re-rate if they do turn up & do a good job!

Guy who was ment to do site visit was late. Didnt call me prior to arriving as requested. Chased my quote up for weeks afterwards ... was told in the end that they wasn't interested in the job and wouldn't quote me. What a waste of time ... try to give a local company work and they're not interested.
