I stood in front at least 10mins, 3 staffs at shop, one with the client, the other two just talk with each other, I was pretty sure they saw me, but none of them came to serve or even said hello. Ignore me as I was air. So ridiculous.

Always long wait times. Hardly ever acknowledged while waiting. Never enough staff! The only reason I am giving 2 stars is staff when actually being served are nice. Even though they have to be.
Walked into Rockhampton stockland store, was not aknowledged, was not told that someone would be with us soon, just ignored by staff. VERY POOR SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Optus Rockhampton in Stockland Shopping Plaza is a highly busy but very accomodating place. Years ago staff members will push you away when trying out the new phone offerings. Nowadays that has changed as staff members do let you try the phones and tablets and makes you feel welcome. One of the staff members name is Michelle and ill give all that stars to her. 5/5
Michelle and Jacinta were wonderful to deal with. They made sure we were getting the absolute best deal on our family plan. I would not hesitate to go back to this store!
