Absolutely first class, thank you so much for sorting out my Mum's TV remote this week! She has been a loyal customer of yours for as long as I can remember! Nothing seems to be too much trouble for you and in these weird times we find ourselves in you have been a lifeline for her, she is 88 this year but still very with it! On behalf of my Mum, Mrs Cooke, I want to say a huge THANK YOU
Man turned up to mother in laws didnt wear a mask in her flat, he was there 10 mins, no parts replaced, charged her 54 for 10 mins work which equates to over 300 per hour what a lovely way to treat a pensioner. Bloody awful service
Matt arrived early, very cheerful and full of enthusiasm. Also very helpful and full of knowledge, it is wonderful to see dome one so civilised in this day and age. I would recommend your company and Matt and he has promised me some contact cards for me to pass on.
