I can’t recommend this company highly enough. They have a wide selection of all products to choose from. But for me the most important aspect of any company is their after sales service. Woolacotts is exemplary and fast. I had a user technical issue with a new TV and called them for advice. The response was one rarely seen in this day and age. Charlie their engineer was amazing treating my problem with great respect (as did the sales staff I spoke to) and was determined to find the answer to my problem. This meant that he would also be able to help others with a similar problem. I will shop there again and recommend to everyone I know. Well done Woolacotts for getting it right.

First Class service, matched with keen prices! While undertaking a full house refurbishment, we were fitting a new kitchen & needed a full fit-out of all appliances - Hob, 2 x Ovens, Larder fridge, larder freezer, dishwasher & extractor fan. Woolacotts turned out to be the best \one-stop shop\ and were able to supply everything, at competitive prices. In addition, their customer service, throughout the whole process in these difficult times has been outstanding & their kitchen specialist Shay, who we dealt with, went 'above & beyond' and could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended & it's always good to support an independent, local company.

Needed a new freezer. As ours had completely packed up, plus an engineer could not visit for TWO days. Not good. Ours was ram packed. Visited Woolacotts and they saved the day with an ex display freezer to take away. Ideally it was smaller, so we're using it as our emergency stand-by. A chap named Ollie served us, and was really helpful, understanding, informative and respectful. He was the human touch that saved our panic filled morning.
