A number to ring, to get a number to ring to wait on hold for 90 minutes The system is a labyrinth of red tape by design. It should be of no surprise to anyone how bad the setup and service is. I literally just want to make an appointment at my local centrelink branch so I don't have to wait several hours to talk to someone, and here I am, on the phone, having to wait several hours to talk to someone....
WOW... If this was a business in the real world it would not last more than 5mins...
Now we need to keep our distance I find the phone service worse than ever. Loads of useless information, all of which is unnecessary if I've rung in the first place, and no person to speak to. A complete timewaster. A shame they can't employ more people to actually speak on the phone.
Went there today the girl were great. Didn't solve the problem but we worked out how to. Perhaps some people need to pull their head in and realize that other people need assistance as well. Good work.
Unable to be put through to a service operator. The recorded message is useless at detecting choices. A complete waste of my time and effort.
I talked with Edna yesterday. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. The wait time wasn’t too excessive either, after playing a few hands of ‘words with friends’ , I and the the couple beside me, amused ourselves discussing the significance of the different coloured chairs.
Noone able to help for students, tell me to call instead. Call line is busy 9 times out of 10. \u200d️
