Terrible experience at this hospital with my elderly mother. Incorrect dosages of 3 of her medications administered even after it had been discussed with nursing staff and pharmacist that dosages were incorrect. On admission we had provided a detailed list of her medications and yet they were still dispensed incorrectly. My mother needed assistance when requiring the bathroom due to her admission being the result of a fall. Mum buzzed for a nurse and it took 20 minutes before anyone would assist her. I tried to find assistance but each nurse said they would have to get her nurse to assist. We will never set foot in a Healthscope facility again.

I was in for a day procedure.. I couldn't have asked for more. All the staff were friendly, efficient and kept me informed at each stage.. Excellent experience

Mum was made terminal with cancer and this hospital made my sister choose witch siblings and immediate family where allowed to visit, not all familly where allowed in obviously. I even had the cops called on me by management after being woken up next to mum ,(terminal and unconsious ) , holding her hand due to having to many visitors in the room which was agreed upon , seems like there is absoloutly no communication between shifts, an understanding of visitor procedures during covid and a lack of basic moral/respectful judgement in individual situations. The reception staff and a handful of nurses are lovely, but i would recommend this hospital to any terminal patiant

I made an appointment with Dr Lionel Liam’s clinic a month ago and wasn’t informed of any cancellation policy. I Didn’t receive any reminder message from the clinic before the appointment. Since the appointment made a month ago, I forgot to cancel and attend. I have been charge of 100, which is not fair. And the receptionist said they assumed I should know the cancellation policy and put the appointment date in my calender. But not all the people do these. All the other clinics I have attend would send reminder before the appointment. Feels very angry with the clinic and it’s unfair.

Had a Colonoscopy and Gastroscopy procedure done, the staff were wonderful, nurse called me the next day to see how I was feeling. I was a little anxious with a slight side effect, but she reassured me it was normal, was told to call anytime if concerned. Friendly nurses.

This hospital does not have a doctor on staff and the nurses are too reluctant to call a doctor when required. The only way to get action is to lose your temper and start shouting at the staff. Had to do this twice through my brothers end of life, do not trust this hospital with normal health care never mind palliative care.
