Went here to pay my Rogers bill and when I attempted to pay by debit I was rudely told they only accept credit card by a very dismissive customer service representative. He was rude and dismissive and offered zero explanation on why they would not take the most common payment in the world. I know these are franchises but for a billion dollar company to be represented by such individuals who do can’t process bill payments is a shame. Go to the Rogers location in Richmond Centre, much more helpful and courteous.

Horrible and unethical service. My father came to this location to top up his pay as you go plan. He does not speak or understand English and relied on the staff to help him. A young man working at this location told him that pay as you go is no longer available with rogers and that his best option was to purchase a monthly plan. Knowing my father he is a very detailed person asked the young man for 20 minutes straight about why he cannot purchase the pay as you go plan like he has been doing for the past 10 years with rogers. There was another employee who witnessed the entire conversation and is 100% an accomplice by not stepping up and doing the right thing. Because the other employee stood there and did nothing while knowing that what they are doing is wrong is obvious that this is not the first time they did something like this. My father had no choice but to sign up for a monthly plan. I use to work for a telecommunications company and very well understand that each time a customer activates a monthly plan there is comission being paid to the employee. I get that you have to earn a wage but to con an elderly man who is in a disadvantage already for not being able to read English. That is beyond disgusting.

Henry, the store manager, was extremely helpful! I was able to get everything I needed plus extra free stuff I wasn't expecting! I would highly recommend seeing him if you have any phone/wireless needs. Great customer service!
