I have only had the very best care and consideration from my primary care physician, Dr. George Brengel, throughout the years, as well as his PA, Ms.Tracy Lumpkin. The pandemic has been such a crisis but the office has responded so well with virtual appointments and guidelines for office appts. They have the very best referral system - you know you are going to be in good hands and they always follow up every step of the way. I sh/have submitted this review a long time ago. They are really the very best!

The only reason why I gave them one stars because I could not leave zero stars. The individual in the office has the most nasty attitude that I have had The experience of having to talk to! These individuals seem to have really been affected by not working with patients just sitting in the office and talking on the phone but getting a paycheck that’s a shame I really do like my PA but I’ll try to put up with the people I’m not sure it’s gonna be worth it anymore. They are so very inept! The text message reminder I received a couple days prior to my appointment informed me that it was in the office. So I was left a voicemail informing me that if I called after 815 that I would have to reschedule of course I called it 10 minutes after and they kept me on the phone or on hold for 11 minutes so of course I couldn’t have my appointment.

I haven't been to this location yet, but I have Sarah Meyers as my PCP. She is AMAZING and I have followed her throughout the years. She's firm on her ethics and values, but is also very cool and down to earth. I can really give this place 5 stars just on my 6 year experience with Sarah.

My Primary Care Physician Sarah Meyers switched to this office recently. She is hands down THE BEST doctor that I have ever had so of course I will be following her. I have not met the rest of the staff at this location yet, but I am sure about her. If you need an amazing, caring Physician...SHE’S IT! -Chanice

Takes a long time to get a call back from the doctor and the person who takes the messages either doesn't deliver it to the doctor and you end up calling back to leave another message or the message you give is told wrong to the doctor as far as what your issue is. Receptionist's talk about clients info in front of other clients and they even cussed at the front desk..
