Husband has Dr Port and he is great. I waited almost two years to get into practice and hoped to be his patient (replacing my daughter who had moved). They would not assign me to Dr Port and gave me a new doctor to the practice. They could not get the billing correct and we have spent hours on the phone trying to get corrected (both for labs and because doctor was not in system). We placed many calls to the “office manager” but never got satisfaction. After notices saying our bill was going to collections, we finally paid the first LabCorp bill that was improperly coded. We paid like 150 For a bill that we owed like 10-15. But now we have received a 900 bill. WHAT IS GOING ON?!?! Why can’t they properly bill my account.

If you are generally in good health, have no chronic conditions, and only see the doctor when you're really sick, this is NOT the practice for you. If you do not come in at least once per year, you are required to see your original doctor for a physical before they'll see you again. Oh, you're sick? Sorry. Our next appointment is in 2 weeks. Or if you're even healthier and haven't been in for (gasp!) 18 months? They kick you off their existing patients list. You become a new patient, and -Oops! - they're not taking new patients anymore. (Translation: you are not allowing us to bill enough money, so we'll replace you with someone who we can make lots of money on.) Good to know what their priorities are. I just wish they'd say it outright instead of hiding behind thinly veiled excuses.

Never had a bad experience in this practice.Dr.Port is a people person and really accurate with his diagnostics. Happy to be found this gem so close to my house. Thumbs up for this practice.

1st time patient saw Dr. Beltran-Keeling and she was absolutely AWESOME! she was very through, she listened to me and that means alot. Very personable, I felt like I had been seeing her all my life. I had a very good overall feeling after seeing her. I'll be a patient of Dr. Keeling for life!!

Very unhappy that this practice was unable to continue my care. My original provider left the practice to do health issues, the last person I had seen was a NP, not my original Dr. Apparently I am no longer allowed to see her because they have too many patients in the practice over all. The NP had asked me to come back to have a variety of tests done. Now I will have to start all over at another practice, instead of one who has all my recent medical history.
