Dr Snipes and staff are very concerned with their patients well being. I always feel like all my concerns are answered. I have been a patient for many years and have had health issues that were promptly resolved.

I've been trying to be seen for a week for an infection. The virtual visit platform they use is NOT user friendly at all! Now they are saying I'll need to wait even longer. I'm terrified of going to the ER because of COVID. This WAS a doctor's office I trusted with my health. Now feel they could care less.

I really loved Dr. Holton. I really wanted her to be my doctor. So I turned in all my paperwork and couldn’t get an appointment for a year! Just crazy. I could be died by then! Maybe they should not take new patients. That’s an idea!!!!
