Yoga Mala is awesome! I’ve been practising via their online zoom classes during the C-19 isolation and they are fantastic! So grateful they are offering these classes. Rates are reasonable & the teachers are amazing. Thank you Yoga Mala!

I’ve practiced at many different yoga studios and have attended many different classes, and none of them have provided an experience like Yoga Mala. I have so much gratitude for this studio and so honored to call Yoga Mala my yoga home. There is an incredible energy at Yoga Mala. The teachers are knowledgeable and are trained to guide students through a yoga experience that helps deepen and further their yoga practice. If you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you will be pleased with what Yoga Mala has to offer! There are a variety of daily classes for all levels, special workshops and teacher training. :)
I've been going to this studio for over nine years. Teachers here are knowledgeable and can meet the needs of different levels of students. As a student, I feel very safe and supported here as I grow in my yoga journey. Highly recommend the studio.
Amazing class with Andrea discovering new postures and combinations in a Vinyasa flow ! I travel a lot, often taking classes around the world and I’ve rarely experienced that level of quality! Great job !!! Great spirit !!! I will go again if I’m back in Regina!!
Best yoga studio in the city, and probably in Saskatchewan. I can't say enough good things about this studio. Space is very beautiful, and all teachers and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Anyone familiar with yoga deserves to experience the splendour of this studio. And for those brand new... Why not start off learning from the very best teachers around?
