You would think that after being customer for the past 20 years there would be some sort of loyalty. Doesn't seem to be the case. I went in to upgrade my phone today under the assumption that I would be receiving an additional 20 dollar charge on my second line once Im forced to change my plan since its still under contract. I was okay with this sort of. Mind you I came in yesterday to ask about the price difference between my current plan and the new plan and was told it would be 20 dollars more. Today half way through my upgrade I was informed that the cheapest plan for my second line would be 95 dollars not 75 like I was told. That's only if I pay out the 175 remaining on the older phone plan. Not helpful at all. Didn't think coming in for my upgrade would end up adding an additional 100 dollars a month to my bill. 20 YEARS ROGERS. Shame on you. Unless something very positive happens before my contract runs out in November I'm afraid you have lost me as a loyal customer. *update* I have been contacted by rogers and they were willing to work with me. I change my review from 1 star to 4.

Love dealing with Roger's always a good experience!
Horrible experience!! My mom who has dementia was told to go pay her bill at her local bank..she was confused and they made it much worse for her!!! The manager is on a power trip and needs to realise customers come 1st not last!
Rainish and Jes at the north gate location are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. These boys could not have given a better experience and service while coming in today! They do their absolute best to get you what you want and need, on the best plan suitable and affordable for you, phenomenal at explaining everything and all the details so you fully understand what your signing and signing up for as well as getting you the best deal possible and more! 100% would and WILL be back and hope to deal with them each time! Thank you so much guys for everything today. ️
Good service, took a little longer than I would like to get an upgrade (About an hour) but other than that good.
This store location is a disgrace to the Rogers brand; the staff was not helpful and somewhat rude; very unprofessional. Dont even get me started with their poor website.
