You know, simply amazing! My past experience with spectrum was horrible in Alturas CA! But this time? Nathan our tech installer was professional, knowledgeable and so good hearted! It was nice meeting him. Service all around, this time went great! Ty!

There instore services are great but the way they handle changing your services are not. Got over charged 30 bucks all because i switched locations an they had to make a whole new account. I understand paying the installation fee even tho i did it my self. But not end my services an then charge for a new service right on top of it. Not happy about this.
What can you say. The staff is friendly and helpful. Just wish the prices weren't so high
This place is the only Store now in the Redding area. I rated three stars because while service is always amazing in store however they did shut my service off at my residence 4 days earlier then I scheduled it. Overall in the Redding area if you need questions answered or any help go through the store and not over the phone.

Absolutely the worse customer service ever. I had my phone on my ex girlfriend account. I needed to put my phone on my account, it literally took 13 hours, going in the store 3 times, talking to over 30 people, on the phone for 10 of those hours, the phone service its self is great, the price cant be beat, theyneed to train their customer service experts . If I could give them a negative 100 I would. They have killed 13 hours of my life. When I got divorced from my ex, it took sprint 15 minutes to move my phone into my own account. Too bad sprint has horrible cell service
Clean new store, alittle bir of a wait, but great customer service. There is a self service machine for basic transactions.
Anyone who has rated charter with more than one star hasn't had to deal with the customer service yet. Of course you can give 5 stars when you only came in for a remote. The customer service is quite literally useless, the store on Hill top is pointless, there isn't a phone to contact anyone, no business cards, no supervisors, no help! If you ever have a problem with your service good luck, because the techs, the customer service reps, and anyone you can reach on the phone is complete and utter trash. My one real question is why isn't another company coming here to clean house? Charter would go under if they had any competition.
