I recently went to buy a new phone, and the one worker there named Aaron was a fantastic help. He helped me quickly, gave me all the info I needed and asked for, was extremely friendly, and I left the store feeling very happy with my visit. This was definitely the most enjoyable experience I've had in any phone store!
Nathan and Austin spent about 4 hours helping me last night. They above and beyond to help us get what we needed. Extremely good customer service. Go see these guys if you need something. They take pride in their work and it shows.

My father who is 70 wanted to buy a new phone and cause of his language barrier and only wanted a flip phone and not iPhone 10 mall security was called on him. My father is a sweet old man and was treated like dirt for his 20 years of business with Roger. Been going to this store since we moved to Canada and never been so disrespected. What a shame that no one there in store can help but is told to call or go online for customer service. What’s the point of having a store then!? I am switching my parents over to another company over the holidays for sure!!
Worst experience in my life!!!!! Never deal with rogers in general.. From their in store experience to their online help I have never gotten more of a run around in my life. I have been lied to by several different agents, in the store on the phone and now on the online chat. I had originally cancelled my phone in the store, then kept on getting billed, phoned then got reassured it was cancelled, then billed again then phoned again and then they had said i need to cancel it over the phone, then got email confirmation regarding phone and plan was cancelled, then i got billed again then i talked on the phone AGAIN just to be told I owe money for a bill because it wasnt cancelled properly then I got told in that same conversation no its now a contract cancellation, then I got told in the same conversation no its an equipment rental fee then I got told by the end of it he'll just waive it because its obvious it was cancelled before.. THEY ARE JUST SUCKERING PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY!!! Do not trust them at all they should be sued for giving false statements and messing up peoples credits.
It's unfortunate but the stores manager (Aaron) is completely useless and fails in providing any level of decent customer service. He is seldom at work to try and commiunicate with, how can he manage the team? I waisted hours trying to get credit back for a loaner phone I returned months prior. Had to go over his head and work directly with his staff and Rogers corporate. Because he refused to accommodate and expected me to return for a 4th time on his schedule. #failcustomerservice Corporate Rogers needs be aware this managers attitude and see that it directly effects how customers view their company. However the staff at this location have been compassionate and helpful. They were the saving grace!
The people at the Parkland store are the rudest, most condescending people I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Avoid at all costs. Ended up going to Bower Mall store where the associates were polite and helpful. No problem getting done what I needed.
