I had a wonderful experience with this estate! I was one of their tenants and only moved because I bought a house but i truly recommend them! They are amazing! Every time I had issues in the house they would communicate with me clearly and fix it asap. Honestly, after many bad experiences I had, they were like a light at the end of the tunnel! Truly recommended! Thank you Tracy, Lex and Michael!

After months of looking for a property with partner and being messed around d by so many different agencies Flatmans were a breath of fresh air ... lovely family business they were quick to respond to all calls and emails and the whole letting experience was smooth and easy from start to finish . High recommended
We have worked with Flatman Partnership for 5 years for our rental property - they have provided a very professional, friendly service, excellent communication, and efficiently managed all repairs and checks.The property has been continuously tenanted and we're very happy with their services.
At first sight, they are a good agency, they knew how to sell their product, but … if you have any issues with the house or any appointments to make, they will try to make you do it for them … fire alarms not working, back garden deck broken not sorted in 1 year and 6 months(huge hazard) and I don’t know if they’ve fixed anything after we left, poor communication between agency and landlord… as well as an advice for all of you, please check if the property has been professional cleaned as mine wasn’t, it was cleaned by landlord (very poor state) but it stated in the inventory agreement that was professional cleaned because the clerk doesn’t ask the agency for a cleaning bill, but they will ask you for one and if you can’t provide, they will put you down as a domestic clean and you will be liable to pay for the professional clean all over again … think that’s just another way the agencies/landlords make money off you. After nearly a month after moving out we got some of the deposit back and they have actually charged us more that the initial amount that they’ve said they will, even if we should’ve ask them for money for the work we have put in cleaning the house (getting rid of mold, taking stains out the carpet etc.) As a final point, sorry but I DON’T RECOMMEND this agency !!
