the centre booked me in for a phone appointment at 9:35am, I have currently been waiting for over 2 and a half hours and not received the call or even any message explaining why they have not contacted me. Disgraceful service, especially as they are in control of booking the appointments

They have never been helpful & the staff are often rude. Looking down on those of us who are trying to get back on our feet.
Horrible experience! Rude receptionist and woman on Floor 2 acted like I was such an inconvenience when I said I was new to the area and would like to sign off from JSA as I have a new job to start on Monday. Staff need to learn some manners and not treat people like scum. I have worked all my life and only claimed JSA temporarily which is my entitlement and what I’ve paid into the system. To be treated like dirt is not acceptable.
Very illegal and unethical things going on at this place, which i have learned over time and is pretty evident, if you go through many news articles that these organisations are corrupt, they are agencies responsible for administration of government / state provided trusts, hence benefits.. they are generating revenue for them selves, that's how they pay the staff by huge amounts of trading with 3rd parties, sharing data, job schemes etc, UNPAID WORK! and the likes TESCO??.. has nothing to do with people's tax money also.. I made a video back in 2013.. to show how these people operate, go check out my videos to see what i am talking about.. going to make more soon to show something more about what i think is wrong with this whole setup..
Some staff are Polite and supportive and some are so rude and obnoxious that if there wasn't a security guard for every staff member you would punch them.
