Joe Gregory and his colleagues at the Silverdale Road branch of Martin and Pole gave us excellent service from start to finish of the sales process. Joes experience of the local market meant we asked and got a good price for the house we were selling for our Mum. We sought sales quotes from other local agencies but Joes was the best and the final sale came in at above what the others had been proposing as an asking price. Joe kept us in touch with developments as the sale progressed, gave sound advice for setting the house pre-sale, help with sorting out other services like the energy survey and Conveyancing solicitors not being locals ourselves. When issues crept into the sales process Joe dealt even handedly with us and our buyer, he remained calm and professional even when we were beginning to fray at the edges. The most important aspects of the house sale were all dealt with superbly by Joe and Silverdale road branch, the offering, the sale and closing the deal. Joes advice has been consistently sound and of the highest calibre. I cant thank all the staff at Silverdale Road for all they have done to get the sale done for Mum. Cannot recommended highly enough.

Joe Gregory and the team at Martin and Pole were professional and courteous. The sale of the house went through without any major issues and I was kept informed and advised throughout. The sale was on behalf of my cousin who had to go into a care home near me some 50 miles away from Reading. Joe appreciated the position and he helped in every way he could, for example by making regular checks on the property. I believe we got the best price and the fees charged by Martin and Pole were very reasonable.
