We contacted Tony during the Christmas period. My elderly parents had a suspected case of bedbugs. We were very impressed with his prompt response, easy to understand explanation of the issues & the thorough treatment plan which was carried out in a timely & cost effective manner. Tony was personable & professional in all our dealings with him, and has agreed to attend for a follow up call when new bedroom furniture arrives to ensure all is well. In summary, great service & would recommend.

Very thorough brought a camera to look at drains as well as checking exterior of our hours and neighbors, identified the problem quickly, even though it was next door! Provided photo evidence of problem to neighbors. He made multiple follow up visits to check traps and we've not seen any rats since! Would definitely recommend.

I looked at several pest control places and liked this as it was a one off payment to complete the job rather than 2/3 visits. We had a rat infestation in our home which was so upsetting!! Tony came and rather than just trying to kill the rats he really looked to find where and how they were getting in, he was amazing ! and left no stone unturned, he came out so many times used dye poison and cameras and found we had a broken drain, I think without him we would never have got to the bottom of the problem. I would 100% recommend him and I’m truly grateful for his very professional service!!! Thank you
