George and the team at E&S marketed our house brilliantly, achieving a cluster of quick viewings, three of which resulted in immediate offers. E&S then rescued the sale when it looked certain to fall through, intermediating sensitively between the various parties, including the solicitors. I cannot recommend these guys enough - in terms of full on, energised commitment to a sale, it would be very difficult to imagine a better, more professional experience.
Dan and Julie in particular were professional throughout, kept us updated and sold our house in record time. After sales care was great, even though our chain proved troublesome!
