Initially when I rented a flat from wards it all went well, unfortunately it all went down hill from there. The property was advertised with off street parking... no off street parking. I was advised after I had moved all my belongings in i could move out or pretty much deal with it. A rodent infestation was to be resolved and paid for by myself because it’s in the tenancy agreement. The smoke alarm had to be replaced at my cost again. And forget getting your deposit back these avaricious lot are out to take that too. I had to wait nearly 3 months and had to take it through the TDS adjudication to have mine returned. I hope this review is helpful, I’d think twice before using this company.

My experience with Wards was absolutely wonderful. I had Maria and she was so informative, professional and who personally made sure each step of my experience as easy going and organised as possible. It was my first time renting a property and with past experience with other companies and estate agents letting me down and being very unresponsive - my experience with Maria at Wards Estate Agents was fabulous. She made sure that each of my questions and requests were met with informative answers and was very companionate in letting me know she was there if I had any questions, big or small.
