As soon as you walk in their you are greeted by happy and helpful staff helping you find your dream home! Even in renting. They have been so supportive & taken the stress away from us finding somewhere! They have been honest & regular updates through out the process what is happening! My four year daughter Meg’s loves popping in & says the two Lucy’s give the best cuddles in town & is always spoke to & not ignored by them! Thank You for all that you do!!
Since I had not instructed this or any other estate agent I was quite surprised to find a Let by sign fixed to my property (causing damage by the drill holes). On phoning them I was very shocked by their rude, unhelpful and unprofessional comments and attitude. 3 days on we are still waiting for them to remove this sign, let alone repair the damage. I personally wouldn't employ an estate agent who apparently can't tell one road from another! As requested I have contacted them - again - and hope they will now remove the sign which has already been here for 4 full days. Had they been courteous and acted promptly, (or could tell which road they were in!) we could all have been saved this hassle.
I highly recommend going with mann, they are a great company to go with! Me and my partner had no problems with them at all, they are all so welcoming and helpful. Lucy was a diamond, she helped us find our perfect home. Such a lovely lady!
