If you are taking tiles to your new home and if you require more boxes later, please don’t buy here. Very worst experience I have faced here. Initially the owner here (kiran) talks very nice and explains how his shop is better than any other shop. He initially promised me that, he can deliver same tiles till one year. Once the payment done, he will show his real psycho behaviour on us. I have faced issue with delivery. Later I have seen couple of tiles has cracks. After two month I required 3 more boxes due to damage at the time of carpenter work. I have ordered 3 boxes here. Intentionally he provided tiles which has slight variation in colour and pattern. I have visited his shop and seen the display. In the display I have seen my tiles but he didn’t provide the same tiles later. Intentionally he troubled me. After sales the experience here is very worst. Please don’t buy here and later spoil your house look. House is a dream and it's our emotion. People like this, spoils that emotion. BEWARE OF THIS SHOP AND ESPECIALLY WITH OWNER.

While renovating my kitchen with tiles last year, got short of few tiles for completion and couldn't get the tiles of exact design in the source outlet. Later visited ELEVATE TILES ( Mr. Kiran Kumar) outlet for the same and to my surprise, got supplied the exact design by ordering from other outlet though they didn't had it in their own outlet. Am really overwhelmed with their splendid and prompt customer service. I advice everyone to visit this outlet for your needs.
Please don't get fooled by owner talkativeness. After sales service is very worst here. He talks very rude and he is very impatience person. Don't get into his trap and later regret for lifelong.

Two months back i visited my friends house in manikonda, hyderabad for gruhapravesham. When i entered into his new house, the tiles are extraordinary providing extra look to the interior decoration for the entire home. After the ceremony, i inquired with my friend that - From where you have purchased the tiles? I also said that you know that i am also planning to construct a home Please provide the details of the tiles supplier. My friend responded and shared the Mr. Kiran's number. Mr. Kiran has shown and explained me which tiles will suit to my home and the prices. Its nice speaking with him and I finally decided to purchase only from him. He provided with a beautiful and magnificient tiles for my home with prompt delivery. Thanks to Mr. Kiran and Elevated Tiles...
