Rainbows End has been providing care for our family member for the past two years. The staff are always welcoming and more importantly, they give excellent care. My father in law always has a big smile and is genuinely happy when his caregivers walk in the room -- for me this says it all. He feels loved and cared for and that is the most important feeling for someone with dementia.

After seeing some of the reviews posted here I felt the need to write my own. My loved one has been in this home for two years and I have visited them twice a week, every week, for both of these years. I have varied the times of day and days of the week for my visits. The house is always clean and the kitchen stocked (which I can’t say for my house). Never have I questioned the level care received. There are group activities and also individual outings. Age takes its toll on the bodies of some and minds of others. The caretakers at this home are able to accommodate the needs of each individual making sure they maintain their dignity, self-respect and also quality of life. I so appreciate each and every caretaker here that keeps a smile on my loved ones face.
My mother had a fall in her home last November. This event sent me on a journey to find her a place where I could be sure she was being cared for beyond what I could provide by myself. She is 94 years old and has congestive heart failure. Mom went to Rainbows End after her hospital stay and a stay at a rehabilitation facility. Rainbows End helped me and my mother to make this huge change in care more manageable. They helped me so much with the communication and documentation needed for her long term care insurance. I could not have managed it without their help. They have shown their dedication to being a top notch care facility by employing caring staff who listen to my mother and care about her comfort, When I visit my mom I see an immaculate place where the caregivers know my mom and all her special needs. I can never thank them enough, not just for my mother's care, but for their sensitivity and help when things were tough.
Rainbow's End is absolutely beautiful. Residents are very well taken care of and families can feel at ease bringing their loved ones to stay. The caretakers are positively wonderful people that truly care about the well being of everyone in the home.
