I would strongly recommend ‘Open Estates’ to anyone who is thinking about selling their property or who wants to rent. I have an experience with both. I’ve just sold my flat during the pandemic and Laurie was so helpful and supportive informing me all the time about the progress of selling it. He’s also extremely patient person and thanks for that. Without him it wouldn’t have happened. Matt was assisting me while I was renting years ago. He was very supportive and professional this is why asked them to help me to sell my property. There is many agents around Borehamwood but ‘Open Estates’ are the best and their fees are reasonable not like others unfortunately. 5**** and thank you again!!! Kasia

We just sold our property with “Open Estates” the service from Laurie and Paul was highly professional, they were with us every step of the way in selling our property and went above and beyond for us even in this unprecedented time with COVID 19, these gentlemen were always courteous, thoughtful and calm and they made themselves available to take our calls and provided frequent updates. They also arranged for our rental property when viewings where not possible and all the world was and still is in lockdown, really amazing! Many thanks here to Jonathan and Matt.
