I was super nervous as even though I have had many MRI’s they don’t get any easier. I was put at ease immediately and the gentleman who settled me onto the machine and got me prepared had one of the bedside manners I have ever had. He put me at ease and relaxed me. What a wonderful place. Thank you Queen Square imaging centre

I have been referred to Queen Square by my Neurologist for brain MRI. I have done MRI before, but it was for my back. The process is stressful especially when you are an anxious person. I have to say my experience with Queen Square has been amazing, both ladies who were dealing with me were great. I was reassured and looked after during my short visit. During the MRI I was updated every step of the way. I give them 5 out of 5 for service , friendliness and patience.

Absaloutely brilliant service and unlinke most other Mri centres in queen square quite swanky and well organised from the reception staff all the way through to the radiographers was exceptionally well organised.

Calm and efficient. I arrived early and arrangements were quickly made for me to do part of the scan in advance of my appointment and the rest as soon as possible, thereby saving time for everyone. The experience itself was made as pleasant as possible; in fact I rather enjoyed the orchestral noises the machine makes. Recommended.
