Some of the staff is really cold and distance, one of the ladies at the front desk was real pushy and made me feel really uncomfortable! I tried to break the ice by having small talk and she had an even more of a weird type of character! I will let my doctor know not to never refer me there anymore! She has short gray hair and sits at the front desk, when I walk in, she seemed to be irritable with my presence! I hate having to already be feeling bad and people like that makes you feel even more horrible!
