Absolutely beautiful place! Unfortunately due to restrictions, most of it was closed. The staff at the information centre are very helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be going back when restrictions have been eased.

Fantastic walk through Quarry Bank today. Staggered entry times and a one way walk through the gardens. If parking up at the main car park, when you walk through the main visitor entrance keep to the level path on the right rather than the route down to the mill. This will allow you to join the main garden walk at the top and then walk down the one way route visiting the mill at the bottom. Young kids \u003c6 should enjoy the Peter Rabbit activities too.

Fantastic as ever! Really good to see the mill open for the full tour, albeit with a one-way system in place. The people working there are extraordinarily helpful & knowledgeable, offering a full breakdown of the machinery and processes the workers followed. It's crazy to think about how dangerous it was to work there!

First visit here. Well maintained National Trust site, helpful staff. Very picturesque with recent snow. The children enjoyed the Peter Rabbit Trail. I'm keen to visit again in the Spring.

Lovely walking by the river in to the gardens and a coffee at the cafe. Beautifully maintained by the workers and strong group of volunteers who are always willing to help with directions or names of plants, shrubs or trees. Always a pleasure to be there.
