Nice cozy tower , clean and fast elevator no too much waiting time like the others , good small gym and pool , with alot of different type of restaurants under it or near it , also supermarkets , very near to mall of the emirates

Very bad building, full of bugs, bad smells inside the house from air conditioning, very old style, poor service, the gymnasium is very narrow and much of it is destroyed, I would never recommend this place.

Gym equipment screaming ' WE NEED MAINTENANCE ' the gym is really could cause some serious injuries cause by the lack of maintenance

Very bad not what I expected for what I paid ??? A/C very bad, Smelly even you are in your own flat . Tiny rooms small balcony's. Bad choice

Very good atmosphere to live in heritage building also known as international building, good apartment with 2 rooms, 2 washroom, and a kitchen very nice place to stay if u work or on visit Visa with gym and swimming pool on roof very osm place to chill out at night.
