Horrible horrible, non-existant service. They gave us an incomplete building, only shipped parts of it and then extorted another 3000 AFTER we had already paid for the entire package. Will be suing Monday under the DTPA (Deceptive Trade Practices Act)

Built 2 sheds from them Both went up really easy.. only thing I would do differently would b to spray foam insulate them as to using the roll insulation .. personal choice .
I wish I would have read the review before I contact this company. Calibren Friday is great at her job. However, after she transferred me to the Salesman/Project Consultant name Pat from the Little Rock location I received VERY BAD customer service from this individual. Please read the previous reviews, so you don’t waste your time and money. I strongly suggest the owner analyze his/her sales team, all the way from Pat, Michael and Barry. I do not see this organization growing with this type of bad customer service.
I purchased a 40x60 building from Josh and the support i received from day one was top notch and the building is extremely nice. I recommend heritage and Josh Miller to everyone.
My experience started well and came recommended by a friend that has purchased two buildings from Heritage. As I moved forward, the customer service went to the wayside and I felt as I was just an annoyance. I had to keep track of everything and had to initiate every conversation regarding the status of my project. Pat, the salesman, doesn't care about nothing but the sale. He will tell you just about anything to make the sale, then just leave you hanging. I am still waiting on Heritage so I can submit for my permits.
