Good groomer but currently not licensed by local council (Luton ). As per Animal Welfare regulations 2018 people who offer dog day care, home boarding, in their own homes, commerical day care, breeding, kennels must be licensed by law. Sadly if something happens to your dog under the care of an unlicensed boarder, the businesses insurance and your own pet insurance will not be valid. I am hoping that Lynn will re-license herself like last year & then I will consider using her service if the 3 other licened businesses in Luton are full. Please do the right thing Precious Pets
