I have nothing positive to report about my experience unfortunately... apart from they did pay my vet bill 400 after they wounded my rag doll cat. He went in to have his knots groomed, last resort a lion cut. When speaking with Charlotte after the incident, she admitted she didn’t know the difference between a rag doll and a domestic cat, this is why I feel the need to warn other cat owners - had I known the lack of experience I would’ve taken my cat elsewhere. My cat was cut in two places, needing stitches and antibiotics. I have photos but feel this is too graphic as his wounds were open and bloody.
