Thank you all at North Harbour Vets for your care and hard work what we do without you all.

Their healthy pet club is good value for money. Receptionists are usually friendly. The vet we saw for our dog wasn't too great however they were happy for us to see a different vet next time. They were kind and gentle with our guinea pigs too.

I arrived at the surgery for an appointment at 4pm, had to wait outside like everyone else , people who arrived after me were let in , had to phone the surgery to ask what was going on and was told the previous appointment had taken longer than anticipated , I get that this happens some times but to not let me know I thought was poor customer service especially as the reception were aware I had another appointment at 5pm in the end my dog was taken in 25 minutes late and this is not the first time that I have gone way past the appointment time and no-one tells you what is going on

Thankful this vets helped when my emergency vet was not available. Unfortunately my dog passed away. Only thing and i acknowledge its hard to tell but there was a different vet on each shift and each gave completely different prognosis'. One example I was given one vaguely positive update from night shift vet only to be phoned 30 minutes later by the next vet with a very different view.

The vets and counter staff were really friendly and helpful and explained everything I needed to know when my Lola was spayed last week x
