Receptionist was rather unhelpful, she seemed to take it personal that we have not been able to gain an appointment with our usual vets as they have restrictions on the area that they are allowed to service due to lockdown. I guess they've missed the chance to take our 3 dogs on full time. No wonder we usually travel to get to a vet we can trust.

The nurses are world class! Don't go on their looks please, but their tenderness and compassion towards my neighbours terminally ill Husky was the Bench Mark. The very sick dog received better care than I did during a recent week in an ITU, Intensive Care Unit. Despite them being short staffed and having a full appointments book they were absolutely brilliant.

Have always been really supportive and for years I would have rated them 5 Stars... But recently they have had a makeover, I don't know if they have also been taken over by a larger company. Whatever has happened I feel the friendly personal atmosphere which used to be a credit to them no longer exists and now it is purely about the money... I'm not saying they're not good at their job and they did do a great job of looking after my cat, they just don't seem to 'Love' the animals the way the previous vets did, in my opinion.
