I am not sure words can describe how great this clinic is. We came to them due to an emergency situation and our normal vet could not get us in. The level of professionalism and knowledge from the entire staff and doctors was beyond impressive. Adding to the fantastic experience is the thorough and caring approach to our pet’s needs. Costs were disclosed and discussed through the whole process and there were no surprises at the end of our visit. This experience was better than most human doctor appointments I have had. Our doctor and technician had amazing communication skills and really inspired confidence. We have always been blessed with good veterinarians but this clinic really raises the bar. We will be moving to this practice.

At 4pm yesterday, we noticed that our 8 month old puppy Chester developed huge swellings on his jaw and neck, and he was not active with his eyes half open and half closed showing no energy . As new dog parents, we panicked and were afraid the worst. We took him to Petco near our house/turned out that they only do vaccines (we went there before for vaccines but didn’t know that they don’t have vets). Then we found the facility nearby from Google. We called the number while we are outside in the car (no animal owners allowed to enter the buildings due to Covid) and explained the situation etc, it was almost half hour to their close time and they still have a lot of animals they need take care. They took Chester in!!! Kindly! They diagnosed Chester had got buzz bites and had allergies reaction. They gave him two shots for treatment and let him to stay in the facility for about an hour for observation out of precaution. It was already 1.5 hours passed after their work hour when we took Chester home! Chester got a little bit better during the night and he reacted ok and Chester got much better in the morning! To my surprise, they called this morning to check how Chester is doing! He is Doing much Better! I really appreciated their compassion, passion and professionalism! Thanks for taking us w/o appointment at the end of day and working extra hours to treat Chester, giving him the right treatment and having follow up the next morning. Thank you Kathy, Maggie, Hannah and Dr ( Sorry that I miss-spelled your name or if I missed your name). The cost was disclosed and discussed upfront during the whole process which I also liked. Definitely coming back again next time when there is a need!

Dr Diltz is always very informative. You may not like what she tells you but you know what your options are and what the prognosis is. After a meeting with her I always feel like I know what I am dealing with and what I have to do. That isn't always the case with other vets

This is THE most caring and accommodating vet practice I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the moment I first walked in the door, and every time since, the entire staff has been wonderful. I have had every procedure explained thoroughly, every question answered with detail and the compassion they provide is authentic. I love all of the doctors and their Assistants. I would highly recommend this practice without any reservation.
