Losing my mother was very difficult for me and my sister. The staff at Pontarelli-Marino was so wonderful in helping us plan the funeral and get through everything. They are so kind, compassionate, and professional. My mom looked so beautiful. Thank you to Dan, Elizabeth, and all for taking great care of us and mom at such an emotional time.

Losing your mother is one of the most significant losses in your life. With that being said we were blessed to have the staff at Pontarelli Marino funeral home. We chose to celebrate our mother, it was not a traditional service. Mom loved Sinatra and loved to sing... his music played in the background and we all sang and danced a farewell song of New York New York. We also requested somewhere over the rainbow, once just for the three of us to say goodbye and again at the chapel. This may not be for everyone but it was perfect for my beautiful mother Josephine. Words cannot express how thankful we are to all the staff . A very special thank you to Amanda and Jeremie for all you did.. mom looked amazingly beautiful, peaceful and free of pain. The services were done with dignity and respect, We were comforted and consoled. The staff is very compassionate. Thank you again Jeremie and Amanda for making this difficult task so special and we have no regrets. Mom is smiling down on all of us, you did her proud. Dan thank you for all your help at the beginning months before , you were out of town for the services, your staff did exceptional. 2 years ago we wrote a review about the loss of our mother stating that it was one of the most significant losses of your life, that remains true today until you lose a sibling unexpectedly and you find yourself here again. They say Angels walk this Earth and Dan and Amanda are two of them. The entire staff at pontarelli's is amazing it takes very special people to do this job and do it beyond amazing. Their compassion, love, attention to detail and professionalism is immeasurable. How do you write a review expressing how pleased you are while grieving an enormous loss?! Because it's gratitude, appreciation and they deserve the recognition to make a most difficult time bearable and beautiful especially during Covid . . Anthony was called home to God and he went in style and class his ashes in a beautiful urn and it was carried by his best friend's \his brothers\ in a glass chariot offered by pontarelli's. It is with an immense thank you to Dan, Amanda and the entire staff may God bless you all
My father’s funeral was the hardest experience i had ever gone thru. My first contact was with Elizabeth who was very sympathetic with what i was going thru, and very helpful on how to go about getting a plot etc. This was my very first time making arrangements for a funeral. I asked for Mark, who i knew personally, to call me back, which he did immediately. My dad looked so beautiful, he looked just like himself. The flowers were placed perfectly. They set up for a video of our dad. They made a very devastating day so much better. Knowing that we were in great hands i didn’t have anything else to worry about. Everything was perfect. I had so many guests telling me how wonderful and professional they were when setting the cars for the parade. I definitely recommend Pontarelli-Marino Funeral Home. I will use them again when the time comes, but hopefully it won’t be for a long, long time. I thank you Mark from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for me and my family.
They were very understanding and very professional. Thank you very much for all that you have done. They did an excellent job with my father and with handling the whole Funeral Service. They are the Best.
