I have nothing but praise for the staff of Cuffe McGinnj Funeral home. In particular MS.Shannon Enos who provided a woman's touch ,and made one of the most painful events of my life , My mothers passing a little easier to go through.I really appreciated her attention to detail from start to finish And am eternally grateful.

Bobby was very compassionate during our loss. He was awesome during the visitation and graveside service. I couldn’t ask for a more organized, empathic and professional employee.
They made a very painful process go as smoothly as possible. I found them to be sincere and appropriate cost wise.I /we were happy with their sincerity.
When this home was owned by Mr. Cuff it was very good. They were warm and sympathetic and were a comfort in a difficult time. Since it was sold it us nothing like that. From the time my aunt went in to make arrangements it was a mess. The girl kept leaving her at the desk for long periods of time. The paperwork was very unorganized. When a coffin was not available they upgraded without telling us. Because of covid there were only 8 of us. No cars to park no limo for the family. The man rushed through 2 prayers and was very abrupt When we finally got the bill it was huge and was not itemized. Its hard enough to go through something like this and have an unsympathetic unorganized group to handle it.And when I say the bill was outrageous I mean it. They knew what he had for life insurance and then added more. Remember no limo, flowers. Or parking cars. Nothing. Everyone deserves better!
Just want to leave a note to the entire staff of Cuffe-Mcginn : You all had the perfect blend of professionalism and kindness. Every detail was addressed and flawlessly executed. I am exceptionally grateful to \Bobbie\. On behalf of my family, cudos to Cuffe-Mcginn and the Lynn Fire Department.
