On the plus side they have a wide variety of balloons, i have got to say though the smug service is no help whatsoever. I picked a balloon which ended up not being what I thought it was, not happy with my balloon I asked if I could change it for a different one, which was not possible; in all areas of service If a customer is dissatisfied with his/her purchase it should be possible to remedy. Shame that it was not possible at this balloon shop! Left feeling dissatisfied and sorry to say but I also won't be returning and will find my future balloons elsewhere. Sorry! But change your customer service.

After spending almost 100 in this shop, and being advised to pay in advance \so that they could have everything ready\, they prepared only half of the balloons I had payed for collection on the date. When I called after realising their mistake, I had to be the one to go back and collect again the missing balloons, because \they forgot them\, as if I didn't have enough to do. A couple of days later, I was there again to top up a helium balloon that was part of the buy, and i was told AFTER it was filled that it would cost 10, unless I had the receipt on me. Then I have been told that the e-confirmation of payment on my mobile would not be enough - so basically to have my ballon back, I would have to pay. It would have cost nothing to actually have spoken properly to me to confirm that what I had was not valid as a receipt, and whether I would like or not to pay that much to top up an almost full balloon. The one star is for the quality of the balloons, which is very good, although for the price, it really has got to be that good, if not better. All and all, an experience that I wish I had not had, and money that I will be certainly spending elsewhere in the future.

Die Verkäuferin war sehr freundlich, guter Service. Der Luftballon platzte aber leider gleich im Auto, unmittelbar nach dem Kauf, kaum 300 Meter vom Laden entfernt. Sehr schade und enttäuschend.

Super Service!!! Spontan vorbei gegangen und zum folge Tag eine 5m Ballon Girlande bestellt. Bei Abholung festgestellt das mein Auto viel zu klein für die Bestellung war. War aber gar kein Problem... der Inhaber hat spontan und super schnell eine Lieferung organisiert! Zu einem super Preis!!! Also empfehlenswert! 3x da gewesen und wieder super zufrieden!!!
