if you need a spoiled mood, then you are right here. Yesterday I arrived here at 6 pm to pump helium balloons on the birthday of my wife. everything seemed to be good, but after 5 hours, the balls fell to the floor. the store was not working at that time and waited for the morning to arrive at the opening. I took the balls with me to show that they were not floating. I was met by an employee who called the manager and I explained the situation, to which he offered me to fill the balls already 25 baht per ball, and not 20 baht as I paid earlier. I explained that usually the balls are held in the air for a week, to which the person told me that they have to hold them for 8-9 hours. I asked to replace the balls to me, what was refused. then came another manager who took payment yesterday. I explained the situation by saying that getting ready for my birthday in advance, that we have a family photo session today at 11 am and I need balls. I showed my passport that my wife has a birthday today so that he would not think that I was lying. in response, he began to say something stupid to me that I did not warn him that his birthday was tomorrow, in response I asked him who the seller was? me or you? who should give information about the time of the balls in the air, especially if he sees that a foreigner has arrived in response, the manager began to behave aggressively, nervous, raise his voice. I invited him to relax and find a compromise in seeing half the price for a new ball, which was again refused. I bought my balls in julepan to which he replied that he was not responsible for the balls of others, but he said this not before accepting payment, but after)) it was funny and at the same time sad that the service in phuket on such prehistoric level. the other balls from the julepan store, which I puffed myself up with air, kept their size and were not blown away.
