Very kind and knowledgeable! They were able to see my hamster very quickly! Very reasonably priced. I’ve been there with a friend when they had to put their dog to sleep, and they were very compassionate and professional. They even had a room with couches where you could say goodbye in comfort and privacy.

Our Shiloh was treated at this clinic and her dog bite wound was well taken cared off by the Vet and staff. Though, she’s still recovering & Penrose drain still on, due to be removed in 3 days, the job done looks great. Staff were awesome. Vet called with plans and explained well, asked if I have questions or concerns before proceeding and she followed up right after procedure for updates and how Shiloh is doing. Thank you for your great care to our Shiloh. See you for penrose removal in 3 days! She’s recovering well and just watched Buck in “Call of the Wild “. Update & post-op follow up Review 1/2021; A Happy New Year indeed! Shiloh‘s sutures were removed 12/31/20 and once again, it was an awesome job from staff of PET Emergency! Shiloh‘s cut were clean, dry and healing well.

Dr. Walton and his team are fantastic. We came to them with a withered and dying pet and Dr. Walton performed a series of diagnostics, discussing the logic and price with us at each step and patiently explaining the technical aspects. When the diagnosis was in, he provided a number of paths forward. We took his advice always, and followed his directions with discipline. Our pet is now in full remission, is active and happy, and is starting to look rather plump. Emily, Ashley, and Jessica are each awesome, and always got back to us to answer even trivial questions. Dr. Walton also has a wild, incredibly patriotic life story. The rest of the Pet ER staff always treated us well, and the facility is always clean and organized.

Our shepherd puppy had a wound on her neck and our vet couldn't schedule us in for an assessment. PET ER was one of the recommendations, and I'm really glad we went here. The wait time was expected as it a walk-in only clinic. Don't go here expecting to be seen asap for minimal issues, and don't be rude and nasty due to impatience. These vets and techs are working around the clock and assessing accordingly. Honestly the two hour wait was way less amount of time than I was expecting and not a big deal. I packed treats, snacks, books, and chargers so it was a whatever it takes type of visit. Once they took our puppy, the vet did a good assessment figured out the issue and the front desk gave us a run down on the bill. She was in and out within an hour. Our puppy is very hyper and super loud, but everyone was very patient and knowledgeable!

The Emergency Animal Hospital experience was awesome. They got my dog in the same day, were very timely and thorough. Kelly helping me on the phone, the vet tech who came to get my dog and assess her, Stephanie coordinating the doctor and surgery and Dr. Fugazzi were all exceptional!
