Excellent dentists, BUT I have one issue with THE MASK THING. I walk in with my son and the lady at the desk is 'instructing' me how to put the mask over my nose. My mask was on covering my nostrils. Did they forget that your eyes are exposed?!! Throughout the entire appointment they tried to get me to put the mask over my nose. They focused more on my mask than my son's appointment! Borderline harassment!!! The week before my son had an appointment and nobody said anything and my mask was at the same position on my face! When will these 'medical' people wake up!!? Even though they are excellent dentists it was 'SO OVER THE TOP' with the mask foolishness. I have friends who within days of having gone to their child's appointments at another dentistry and did not experience this. Why didn't I just put it over my nose? Wearing it with nostrils covered is enough! I have a right to breath oxygen! I was not coughing and I didn't have a fever! While I was in the clinic no one said anything about social distancing! Maybe next time we go for an appointment they'll be awake!

We love Dr. Bates and her staff. They are informed, timely, and teach as they go. They also deal well with handling my son's autism ticks, and his appointments and procedures have always gone smoothly. Great location to South Cobb Drive and I-285, bountiful parking lot. Clean and beautiful office. They accept straight Medicaid (SSI), but unfortunately not Amerigroup.

This is the best dentist office ever!!! Dr. Bates and staff are amazing, gifted and so talented. We have been coming to this office for more than ten years. We travel from the Stone Mountain area to see Dr. Bates and she is so worth it! Our kids love going to the dentist! They cheer when they hear it's time for their cleanings. I must say it makes me a little jealous. I dread going to the dentist. Dang,I wish they saw adults! If you're looking for a dentist for your kids go to Pediatric Dentistry at Vinings. It will make your life easier and maybe even jealous that your kids have the best dentist and staff ever!!!!!!!

I’ve been being my three kids here since thy were tots and now they’re in high school. Everyone is always friendly with smiles and I have always been thoroughly informed about my children’s care and procedures. As well as my children still look forward to their visits and seeing our fish friends!

We have been going to Dr Bates for 11 years. She and her whole team are excellent. We are always treated professionally and promptly with the utmost expertise. Recently my daughter had 2 teeth extracted by Dr Frazier and she was amazing as well. I would recommend sending your children to the team at Pediactric Dentistry at Vinings. I wish they all treated adults.
