I will highly recommend. We have been visiting for about 13 -14 year now. Our experience so far has been extremely good. Staff and doctors are great. No issues with billing at all. Very pleasant environment. They have been extremely careful with the COVID-19 situation.

We’ve been coming here for years now as they were highly recommended by friends. We’ve been very happy with our experiences so far and the kids don’t fight us to come for their checkups or procedures. The doctors and staff have always been great. We haven’t had any issues with billing even though we’ve switched insurances a few times. Never had any surprises when it came to the charges that were incurred.

Outstanding service! We are so pleased with everyone in the office. The doctors are very nice with kids, kind, friendly, patient and understanding; and the staff are very helpful. This is exactly the pediatric dentistry that we are looking for since we moved here. They made our little ones, 5 and 7 year old, feel very special about seeing a dentist and feel very proud of their pretty teeth, even that required some efforts they are happy to do so. We have awesome experience here every single visit.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE RECEPTIONIST AND HORRIBLE BILLING. I will begin by saying that we have been taking our kids here for a few years now. The dentis and dental assistants have all been very nice to our kids (which is the only reason why we stated). There are two receptionists that work at the office, one is an older lady who has been very polite, however, the younger lady who typically sits in the front office are is extremely rude. She clearly does not like her job or dealing with people. As for billing. It would take too much time to go into detail with the issues, but it begins with that same receptionist providing inaccurate information. We were told we had to pay out of pocket for an appointment which involved our child being seen for an issue she was having. I took it upon myself to call the insurance who told me that the visit is covered at 100%. I spoke to the office again and the lady caught an immediate attitude and was clearly annoyed that I was questioning her. On the day of the appointment she was extremely rude and dismissive. She ended up telling me that the appointment would be billed in such a way that we would still have an out of picket expense \because that is how they bill if it is not a regular cleaning\. Our insurance stated most dentist don't bill with that code for such minor appointment. There are better pediatric dentists with a professional front desk.
