This hospital was not very helpful in it's treatment, I often found myself enjoying the company of the staff much more than that of the doctors. It felt as though I lead most of the group sessions and that I provided more insightful comments than the therapists. It did, however, allow me to regress from my suicidal mindset. So that definitely counts for something. But, this was not the case for many of the other patients. Most of them had been there numerous times and felt as though they made little progress. For anyone considering admitting a child or themselves, I would say this: places like this are not meant to fix you, and they never will. They are here to get you out of a dangerous mindset, that is all. I give this facility three stars because while it did little in the realm of helping me, it gave me the opportunity to take a step back and self reflect, later leading to what I would call a semi-recovery. By that I mean I am now able to pull myself out of a downwards spiral, but I still struggle with suicidal thoughts and depression in general. This is largely caused by the fact that I entered this facility with an open mindset. I hope that this helps those considering coming here.

This place was absolutely horrible! nobody her cared about my child’s well being. The visitation times were absolutely absurd. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT send your child here for the sake of god. They will destroy what’s rest of your kid. It would be easier to try and help them at home then at this Facility!! I’m truly dissatisfied and disappointed in what they’ve done.
I went to this place and I'm a kid. This place was horrible I hated it all the doctors were so rude and strict I was constantly overwhelmed from the creepy looks from the older patients and I feel like my mental health is worse then before If you need mental health support I don't recommend sending your kid if you really care about them.
After a month of doing what they said I ended up in the hospital, from a rash from what they gave me. That's not good I had a 102 farentheit fever. They need to get there pills right. Otherwise it'll happen again.
The experience I had at this facility and with it's staff was nothing short of exemplary. Not to mention life-changing. I feared this place far too long because of it's reviews and stigma. Pathways was my truly my pathway/gateway to new found hope, sobriety, and overall wellness.
